The following terms and conditions apply for sales on www.baldurjewelry.com. Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order. By confirming your order you are also confirming that you accept these terms and conditions. BaldurJewelry may update these terms and conditions at any time.


The webshop is intended for the sale of products to consumers. If you are under the age of 16 you need a parent’s permission before ordering from the webshop. A binding purchase agreement is created once your order is confirmed by us (order confirmation). From time to time, products run out before we have had a chance to update the stock balance information in the webshop. If the product in question is not yet back in stock at the time of order, we will notify the customer. We can sometimes suggest an alternative product, but we may nevertheless need to cancel the relevant (parts of the) order. BaldurJewelry reserves the right to cancel a purchase if there is reason to suspect fraud or similar, e.g. unlawful use of another person’s debit card.



The prices displayed in the webshops are the prices applicable at any one time and may also be subject to change at any time. BaldurJewelry are not obliged to honour prices in the webshop that the customer could reasonably be expected to understand to be displayed in error as a result of, for example, technical problems or customer manipulation. Prices include VAT and may be paid in any of the currencies displayed in the webshop. Payment may be made using the options displayed, e.g. credit card, invoice and/or BACS. In cases where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer, bank or credit check (all order confirmations are subject to such validation or authorisation), we collaborate with an authorised payment provider that processes your personal details in accordance with the international safety standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard and Diners. All transactions are sent in encrypted format via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and all card details and payment information is protected and processed in a highly secure manner.



Reduced price campaigns are time-limited. Campaigns cannot normally be combined and other discount codes are only valid once per customer and purchase. We reserve the right to cancel purchases in the event of obvious misuse of discount codes. For purchases that include a free gift the value of the gift/discount is considered a general discount on the total purchase amount. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, the goods in question are valued at the purchase price minus the relative share of the general discount. The value of gifts or discounts is not refunded in connection with exchanges.

Campaigns and discount codes are only applicable to new purchases via the webshop and cannot be redeemed retroactively. Campaigns cannot be transferred to other purchases and cannot be redeemed in connection with exchanges for another product.



We naturally strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock products are normally dispatched within 1-5 working days of receipt of an order confirmation. After shipping, you will be provided with tracking code, so you can use it to track your order. All the information about your order will be available at My Account/Order history. The delivery time is nevertheless only an estimate and orders may take longer to arrive, particularly in busy periods such as Christmas or during sale.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are specified in the order sum at Checkout for you to review before confirming the order.

If your delivery is more than 30 days late, please let us know so that we can look into the cause of the delay. If your order fails to arrive within 30 days of the order date you are entitled to cancel the order by getting in touch with us. We will then refund any money that you might have paid. If the order has already been shipped, you must return the products in order for us to be able to refund you. Please always check the products on delivery and notify us of any discrepancies from the order confirmation. If you fail to collect your order within the timeframe specified, we reserve the right to charge you a sum to cover shipping and administrative costs.



Consumers have 30 days to cancel online purchases. If you wish to use this right and return products accordingly, please complete the return form and follow the instructions. We may need to make certain value loss deductions in connection with some returns, for example if you have damaged the product. Once we have received the products and been able to confirm that the requirements above are met we will refund the amount in question. This process may nevertheless take up to 14 days.

If you discover a defect of any kind in a product delivered by us, please contact us as soon as possible to raise a formal complaint. This will entitle you to a replacement product or, in cases where this is not possible, a refund. The same applies if you discover that a product has been damaged in transit or that there is a discrepancy when it comes to the number of products or the model ordered. Returns should be sent to the address stated on the return form attached to your order or as otherwise stated under the RETURNS section. You will be responsible for the risk associated with transport in connection with exchanges and/or returns.  We are not responsible for any obvious typographical errors on the website that may occur due to technical reasons. While we always aim to provide detailed and up-to-date information about the products displayed on our website, minor colour variations may occur between the on-screen appearance of a product and its true characteristics as a result of factors such as screen light settings and browser configurations. All images should therefore be considered indicative illustrations that cannot be guaranteed to depict the exact appearance or qualities of any product. 



By ordering from our webshop you are automatically consenting to us processing your personal details. Your purchase may involve us, or a subcontractor of ours, collecting and processing your personal details. This could, for example, be information that you provide on the order form, including your national identity number, where applicable, and/or personal details required in order to process your payment. We will use these details to process your order (including payment, delivery and any returns and/or refunds), for marketing purposes and to improve the website services and design. Your personal details may be transferred from us to other companies within our Group and/or to selected third parties handling, for example, payment transactions or deliveries, some of which may be based outside of the EU (which would as a result mean transfer of your details to countries outside of the EU). However, this will only be done in order to allow us to fulfil our obligations toward you in connection with your purchase. Where required, we reserve the right to disclose your personal details, fully or in part, as a result of an obligating request by police, prosecutors, a competent court of law or any other body of authority, for instance to investigate (suspected) fraud or other crimes committed against you or a third party. Such disclosures will be limited to the data relevant and/or required in order to comply with such requests and we undertake to do our best to keep you thoroughly informed in the event that a disclosure of this nature is required.

Your personal details will only be stored for the time required or as long as stipulated by law. On your request, we will disclose what personal details we hold on you and why. You have the right to request that your personal details be changed or removed. If you wish to remove your details from mailing lists, please contact our customer services department. We will never sell your personal details to any third parties for marketing purposes or for any unsolicited marketing based on purchases that you make on our website.

Certain products displayed on the website may not be available in your country. Please contact your local store or stockist for information about which products are available in your country (please see our Store Locator and/or the list of distributors on our website). We are not responsible for any typographical errors on the website.
