How it works (only 3 simple steps):

1. Let us know Just drop us a message within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and why it’s not working for you (no judgment, promise). That’s it.
2. Pop it back in the box Pack the piece exactly as it arrived – original pouch, box, tags, everything. It keeps things safe on the way back to our little workshop.
3. Send it home to Estonia Ship it back to us with tracking (so we both know where it is). You cover the return shipping unless we messed up the order – then we’ve got it.

What happens next? As soon as your package lands with us, we’ll check it over and ping you right away. If everything looks good, your refund hits your original payment method in just a couple of days.

• Pieces need to come back unworn and in the same condition you received them (tags, boxes, the works).
• Custom or personalized items can’t be returned – they were made just for you!
• Return shipping is on you unless the mistake was ours.
