I really like the necklace itself and it seems to be really well constructed and designed. Unfortunately, right after wearing it the first day I developed significant skin irritation, potentially a chemical burn or dermatitis. I am going to my PCP to check it up but I am suspecting that the irritation is due to chemicals used in the manufacturing process. I haven’t had any other skin allergies to metals previously so I am inclined to suspect any leftover acids or patinas that caused this.
Since I still love the pendant itself i’m going to try to transfer it to another chain and try to remove anything on the pendant.
Gave to someone as a gift, they loved it!
